I'll have to check, but I think it is May 7-8, a Friday and Saturday. I guess I had better double check as I'm supposed to help cook. You will have a great time and learn a lot from a few VERY GOOD masters!!

I also heard from JJ Roberts. He stated that it was going to be on April 31 and May 1 but I just checked the calender and there is no April 31. Hmmm.. I'll get back with him. I'm guessing it would be May 1 and 2 Sat and Sun?

Thanks for replying. I too was in construction, mostly commercial and Industrial, not much residential, unless you call large condo's residential!

Of course you are welcome to come to Ken's get together. It may be a little tough this year as Ken's wife passed away not too long ago. It is usually the first weekend in May. Keep tabs on the forum as it is posted there and we sure hope you can make it.

Hi Bill, Sorry it took so long for me to get back to you! I'm one of those middle age guys you've read about who is out of work and back in college. I'm deep in the weeds getting a teaching certificate so I can work twice as hard and earn half as much as I used to make running residential construction. It's been fun, though a lot of work.

Anyways, I am in Edenton so I'm not far at all form Robersonville. I'd love to join you guys if you don't mind a complete newby tagging along.

    Ken
